Empresa Confidencial in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a strategic HR Director to lead Human Resources across the region. You will design HR strategies for recruitment, training, retention, compensation, payroll, labor relations, and organizational development.

You will ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, lead workforce planning, manage budgets, and advise the executive team on HR policy and business sustainability. Strong HR analytics and executive communication are essential.

Formación

• Senior HR leadership in multi-site or regional settings.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a strategic HR Director to lead Human Resources across Mexico for a regional executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies across recruitment, training, retention, compensation, payroll, labor relations, and organizational development, aligned with global objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations.
• Lead workforce and talent planning to meet current and future staffing needs across Mexico.
• Manage headcount and personnel expense budgets, balancing labor costs, productivity, and strategic goals across facilities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, strengthening HR philosophy and supporting effective decision making and business sustainability.
• Define, monitor, and manage HR KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with trade unions and lead collective bargaining negotiations at unionized sites.
• Promote a collaborative, compliant, and high performance work climate aligned with company values.

Profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• Master's degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Talent Management) preferred.

Experience & Competencies

• Senior-level HR leadership experience in multi-site, industrial, or regional environments.
• Strong expertise in Mexican labor law and labor relations, including union negotiations.
• Proven capability in change management and strategic HR leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing HR metrics and executive reporting.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
