In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring effective support for employees, leaders, and business objectives.
- Guide, coach, and develop Human Resources team members to deliver high-quality employee services and operational support.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee relations matters, support organizational changes, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including workforce planning, candidate selection, interviewing, and offer management.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, ethical standards, and workplace practices.
- Foster effective employee communications, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, service providers, educational institutions, and government agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support HR systems and technology solutions, and help optimize people-related processes.
- Utilize workforce data and reporting to inform decisions related to talent, retention, staffing, and organizational effectiveness.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience leading or coordinating Human Resources programs and processes within a business environment.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices, labor regulations, workplace investigations, and policy administration.
- Experience supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Ability to analyze workforce information and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
- Experience working with Human Resources information systems and digital tools.
- Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience supporting Human Resources operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience leading Human Resources teams or cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, payroll processes, and workforce compliance requirements.
- Experience implementing or supporting HRIS platforms and continuous improvement initiatives.Exposure to employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and retention programs.
- Advanced education, professional certifications, or specialized training in Human Resources, talent management, organizational development, or related areas.
