Amazon is seeking a Hub Delivery Specialist to support the Hub Delivery operations and ensure quality, capacity, and execution standards across the delivery network in Mexico. You will monitor metrics, address gaps, and help expand the program by enabling readiness and new initiatives.

The role requires 1+ years in employee and performance management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading).

Responsabilidades

• Support Hub Delivery operations, ensuring quality, compliance, capacity, and execution standards.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure program control through regular follow-up on volume, backlog, adherence, capacity, and partner execution.
• Support growth and expansion by ensuring readiness, capacity, and implementation of new initiatives.
• Manage the performance of over 1,000 Hub Delivery Partners and thousands of daily deliveries.
• Lead and supervise a team, including staffing, workload distribution, and performance coaching.
• Develop team members through regular feedback and career development discussions.
• Coordinate with field teams and central stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain consistent execution.
