Amazon is seeking a Hub Delivery Specialist to support the Hub Delivery operations and ensure quality, capacity, and execution standards across the delivery network in Mexico. You will monitor metrics, address gaps, and help expand the program by enabling readiness and new initiatives.

The role requires 1+ years in employee and performance management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and fluency in English.

• Manage the performance of over 1,000 Hub Delivery Partners and thousands of daily deliveries.
• Lead and supervise a team, including staffing, workload distribution, and performance coaching.
• Develop team members through regular feedback and career development discussions.
• Coordinate with field teams and central stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain consistent execution.

The Hub Delivery Partner (Hub Delivery) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of micro-entrepreneurs (mom and pop stores) with independent contractors that power Amazon last mile delivery service. Our partners work from their stores and are assigned packages that can be deliver close to their stores. This team charts the strategy and plan to build Hub Delivery capacity and flexibility across the delivery network in the country.

Key job responsibilities

• Support Hub Delivery operations, ensuring the quality, compliance, capacity, and execution standards of the program.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across delivery stations and Hub Delivery Partners.
• Ensure operational control of the program through regular follow-up on package volume, backlog, adherence, capacity, and partner execution.
• Support the growth and expansion of the Hub Delivery program by ensuring operational readiness, sufficient capacity, and proper implementation of new initiatives.
• Manage the performance of more than 1,000 Hub Delivery Partners and support the execution of thousands of daily package deliveries.
• Lead and supervise a team, managing staffing, workload distribution, productivity, attendance, and individual performance.
• Develop team members through regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, feedback, career discussions, and development plans.
• Coordinate with field teams, delivery stations, and central stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain consistent execution across the network.

A day in the life

The Hub Delivery Specialist drives the relation and communication with legal and tax team to ensure requirements and controlling all the micro-entrepreneurs, that are interested in joining Amazon program are met. The Hub Delivery Specialist leads the analysis on quality and inventory metrics that affect directly to the customer's satisfaction, providing visibility of the partner’s performance. The person on this position requires strong skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis to deep dive into the delivery standard metrics, implement actions and initiatives that help to improve the performance of the HDP program and achieve program goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
