Job summary

Thales Cuernavaca is seeking an experienced HSE & Quality System Coordinator to deploy and maintain integrated management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949. You will lead audits, ensure legal compliance, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams across the site.

You will oversee emergency preparedness, management review reporting, and performance metrics to sustain certification readiness and regulatory conformity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Safety, or Quality Engineering or related field.
• Postgraduate studies in HSE, quality systems, or integrated management are advantageous.
• Fluent English and experience with regulatory requirements are expected.
• Experience coordinating audits and compliance activities in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, health, energy, and quality legal requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and close internal and external audits for the Integrated Management System.
• Coordinate HSE programs and ensure ISO 45001/ISO 14001 implementation site-wide.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Clean Industry, and IATF 16949 readiness.
• Consolidate performance data and report to site leadership with risks and improvement priorities.
• Coordinate emergency drills, site brigades, and preparedness activities.
• Lead internal audit teams and develop auditor capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of management systems and compliance culture.
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are integrated into the system.
