Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Postgraduate studies or specialization in HSE, Quality Systems, Energy Management, or Integrated Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, occupational health, energy, and quality-related legal requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up internal and external audits for the Integrated Management System.
• Coordinate HSE programs, operational controls, prevention activities, and improvement initiatives to ensure ISO 45001/14001 across the site.
• Maintain and certify readiness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Clean Industry, and IATF 16949 management systems.
• Consolidate and communicate performance to site leadership with KPI visibility.
• Coordinate emergency response protocols, drills, and brigade readiness.
• Coordinate internal auditor team planning, capability development, and follow-up of results.
• Drive continuous improvement of HSE and Quality Systems.
• Ensure customer-focused compliance with customer-specific requirements.
