Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at the site in Querétaro. You will ensure compliance with EHS policies, manage ISO 14001 certification, and drive incident investigations, regulatory inspections, and safety training.

You will collaborate with site leadership to implement risk controls, report metrics, and foster a strong EHS culture focused on zero incidents and continuous improvement.

Formación

• University degree in environmental, health and safety program management.
• 3-7 years in EHS, industrial hygiene program management.
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification desired.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the site ISO 14001 certification and EHS metrics reporting.
• Drives and promotes environmental projects (energy reduction, waste reduction, zero waste to landfill).
• Assures compliance to regulatory agencies and Eaton requirements in air, water, waste, and risk.
• Leads training programs for EHS personnel under MESH system.
• Addresses EHS matters such as accident investigation, inspections, emergency response, and chemical management.
• Interacts with public and governmental authorities on adverse findings and enforcement actions.
