Job summary

TPI Composites is seeking a senior EHS leader to drive regulatory compliance and operational excellence across its manufacturing sites in Ciudad Juárez. You will oversee ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs, audits, and document controls, empowering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of EHS experience, lead auditor certifications, and advanced English proficiency to coordinate with global teams and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience.
• At least 3 years managing ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 management systems.
• Proven experience leading regulatory, corporate, and certification audits.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience preferred.
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional EHS compliance program across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate, and legal requirements.
• Manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
• Coordinate internal, external, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Manage EHS risks, metrics, and performance indicators at a regional level.
• Oversee document control, training, and compliance processes across all facilities.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on management systems, audits, and legal compliance.
