Magna International Inc. in Querétaro, Mexico seeks an HSE Coordinator responsible for advancing health, safety and environmental programs across internal and external workers. The role requires knowledge of NOM-STPS, ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHAS and at least four years of relevant experience.

You will develop training plans, conduct risk analyses, perform audits, and ensure compliance with national and international regulations. Direct permanent placement with competitive benefits is offered.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of NOM-STPS and ISO standards (ISO14001, ISO45001).
• Ergonomics and risk assessment knowledge.
• Ability to lead training on health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement health, safety and environmental programs.
• Monitor indicators, conduct risk analyses and audits.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Prepare training plans and deliver safety-related instruction.
