Vertiv Co is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Professional in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. This individual will develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a Maquiladora environment, extensive knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to deliver effective training. Fluent English and familiarity with ISO standards are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Maquiladora environment.
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations.
• Experience in developing and driving initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop environmental, health & safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Clauses.
• Coordinate accident investigations and document procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance.

Safety regulations knowledge

Leadership experience

HSE training preparation and delivery

Fluent English

Computer skills

Understanding of ergonomics

Ability to conduct audits

ISO 45001 & 14001 knowledge

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or engineering

Certification in ISO 14001 & 45001
