RHI Magnesita N.V. is seeking an EHS Team Leader to design, develop, implement, and oversee environmental, health and safety programs. Start date is immediate, with responsibilities across regulatory compliance, training, audits, and incident investigations.

The role requires on-site leadership in Monterrey, with strong knowledge of ISO 45001, SST, PASST, and SAP, plus bilingual communication and risk analysis expertise to protect workers and the community.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge in SST and PASST.
• Internal auditor of the ISO 45001 system.
• Familiarity with Industrial safety, risk prevention, in-plant emergencies.
• Knowledge in Ergonomics (risk analysis).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure EHS regulatory schedule is followed in the plant.
• Provide training and technical advice on safety and environmental protection.
• Direct and supervise the Plant's Commissions and Brigades.
• Operational maintenance of the ISO 45001 in-plant system.
• Responsible for on-floor monitoring of ISO 45001 system.
• Investigation of Accidents, Incidents, First Aid, Environmental Impacts, Non-Conformities.
• Compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Weekly floor tours and audits.
• Follow-up of the internal health and safety system, policies, procedures, standards, legal compliance.
• Contractor and supplier protocols and management.
• Monitor and execution in the control of transport booths.
• Elaboration of procedures.
