Freudenberg Group in Mexico seeks a Safety & Environmental specialist to develop and deliver trainings, ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949, and drive the EHS program across the site.

You will lead audits, maintain HSE documentation, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes to leadership, with a chemical/industrial background and at least 3 years' experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Educational background in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Environmental fields with chemical background.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and IATF 16949.
• Advanced English proficiency

• Report actions, results of Safety & environment in the area and follow up/monitoring of Safety and environmental KPI

> 3 years experience in position similar, preferent related to automotive industry or manufacturing processes
