Job summary

Freudenberg invites applications for a Safety & Environmental position based in Querétaro, Mexico. You will develop and conduct trainings, ensure legal compliance, and lead the safety and environmental management systems in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include documentation, audits, and KPI reporting. A chemical/environmental background and ISO knowledge are preferred, with 3+ years related experience in industry.

Qualifications

• Chemical or environmental degree with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety legislation and standards.
• Experience in audits and compliance within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform safety and environmental trainings.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental legislation and requirements.
• Lead safety and environmental system implementation and improvement.
• Attend and support external, legal and internal audits.
• Report safety and environmental KPI results and actions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and performe safety &Environmental trainings
• Ensure compliance with Safety & Environmental legislation and other requirements (including civil protection, etc.)
• Safety Control and risks management, aspects e impacts, life cycle (ISO 45001, ISO 14004, 50001 and other managements systems adopted by VC)
• Implement, maintain, improve and lead the safety &environmental system
• Develop and update documentation for HSE
• Attend and support external, legal and internal audits
• Report actions, results of Safety & environment in the area and follow up/monitoring of Safety and environmental KPI

Qualifications:

• Chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering / Environmental or related fields with chemical background.
• > 3 years experience in position similar, preferent related to automotive industry or manufacturing processes
• Legal requirements and procedures for legal compliance.
• ISO 14001. ISO 45001 ISO 50001 IATF 16949 English Advanced
