Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to establish and optimize process standards across production, applying 4M, SOPs, and control plans.

You will support training, contribute to SQDC KPIs, and leverage IATF 16949 Core Tools and GD&T knowledge to drive process improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical engineering or similar.
• 3 or more years of experience in Manufacturing Processes, preferably in automotive industry; knowledge of manufacturing process principles is a plus.
• Process engineering process map, Lean methodology production processes, manufacturing process principles.
• Manufacturing Processes (process design, specification book and process release).
• IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and GD&T drawing interpretation; basic knowledge in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001.
