Freudenberg Group in Querétaro is seeking an Industrial Engineer to monitor batch production standards and ensure production within parameters across processes. You will support compliance with the production plan and guarantee feedstock availability in the area.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality per customer requirements and applying 5S in the workplace, with emphasis on continuous improvement and problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related in production processes.
• 3+ years experience in the position; automotive industry experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of MCU Chemical processes and ISO/IEC standards is desirable.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001/50001; basic SAP knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Monitor program and batch production standards across processes.
• Ensure production is implemented within defined parameters for each piece/Process.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and area requirements.
• Maintain feedstock availability and storage as requisitioned.
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Apply 5S principles in the workspace.

Responsibilities:

Ensure appropriate monitoring of the program and the batch production standard in each of the processes.

Ensure the implementation of production within the parameters specified for each piece vs. Processes identified in area.

Ensure compliance with the production plan

Cover feedstock requirements in the area identified by the areas requisitioning and storage components.

Ensure and maintain product quiality according to customer requirements.

Implement response plans if necessary. (Part out of spec).

Application of the 5`s within your workpace.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related in production processes.

At least 3 years experience in de position, automotive industry experience is desirable.

Knowledge in MCU Chemical processes is desirable.

Knowledge in IATF 16949

Knowledge in ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001, SAP (basic)

Soft skills: Negotiation, Communication, problem solving.
