Job summary

Steelcase is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize HR technology platforms and enable seamless payroll, benefits, and compensation processes. You will work with global teams to configure systems, troubleshoot data flows, and drive automation that improves efficiency and accuracy.

In this hybrid, global role, you will partner with HR operations and IT to implement upgrades, ensure data integrity, and deliver user-friendly solutions that enhance the employee experience at Steelcase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS or HR tech platforms.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise apps.
• Experience analyzing data and resolving system issues.
• Advanced English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure HR tech platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, TRESS, ServiceNow).
• Support payroll, benefits, compensation, HR functions via system admin and user support.
• Troubleshoot system interfaces and coordinate data flow improvements.
• Test and validate upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support activities.
• Build and implement automation to streamline work.
• Drive process improvements to enhance HR user experience.
