You will partner with payroll, accounting, and audit teams across the organization in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3+ years of payroll accounting or financial reporting experience, with advanced English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, payroll accounting, financial reporting, or general ledger experience.
• Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and general ledger transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze payroll financial data and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Perform reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with payroll, accounting, and business partners to support financial processes.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audit requests.
• Support pension and actuarial accounting activities.
