Job summary

Steelcase is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize HR systems and automate processes across payroll, benefits, and HR operations. You will partner with global teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot interfaces, and ensure data integrity.

The role emphasizes data analysis, system upgrades testing, and building documentation while supporting a hybrid work model in Mexico. Strong English communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS platforms or related HR tech responsibilities.
• Experience administering, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise apps.
• Experience analyzing data and resolving system-related issues.
• Advanced English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering and configuring HR tech platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, TRESS, ServiceNow).
• Support payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR functions via system admin and user support.
• Troubleshoot system interfaces and coordinate data flow across systems.
• Testing and validating system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality prior to implementation.
• Maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Building and implementing automation solutions that streamline work.
• Driving process improvement initiatives that enhance the employee and HR user experience.
