Bostik, part of the Arkema Group, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Toluca to drive people strategies and support manufacturing operations.

You will partner with plant leadership on talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, succession management, compensation & benefits, and change management while ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive employee experience.

Formación

• 5-7 years of HR experience in generalist or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, compensation, talent management, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strategic mindset with business partnership skills and influence over stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

As our HRBP, you will partner with plant leadership to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, succession management, compensation & benefits, and change management initiatives. You'll also ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate programs while fostering an engaging and high-performing work environment.

What we're looking for:

• 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or HRBP role
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, compensation, talent management, and employee relations
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
• Strategic mindset, strong business partnership skills, and ability to influence stakeholders
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
