Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Training Coordinator in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, responsible for managing the annual training plan and developing the onboarding process for new hires. You will ensure compliance with legal training requirements while identifying training needs in collaboration with department heads.

The ideal candidate has a Business Degree or equivalent, along with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time position focuses on employee engagement and legal compliance.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably.
• Knowledge of interpretation of legal requirements for STPS training.
• Basic knowledge of training and interaction programs in front of groups.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the annual training plan and training matrix.
• Identify training needs collaborating with department heads.
• Develop and monitor the onboarding process for new hires.
