Airbus Helicopters Mexico is seeking an Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator to lead staff training, align with Airbus strategy, and ensure compliance with local STPS regulations. You will manage training operations, certify staff, and optimize budgets while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, trainer certification, and strong English and communication skills to support professional development across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the safety culture in the Training area.
• Follow up on KPIs to maintain and improve the quality of the training provided.
• Keep the staff certification process updated.
• Control and improvement of Training Rooms.
• Control of material inventories and Training tools.
• Evaluation of internal and external training and certification programs.
• Operate and plan the Training budget in accordance with the Airbus codes of conduct.
