Johnson Controls is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to support configuration requests, test new Workday features, and optimize recruiting workflows across Workday Recruit, Paradox, and HiredScore. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition CoE and HR leadership to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

This role requires end-to-end testing, security role changes, and delivering operational improvements while building strong relationships with internal partners.

Competenze

• Degree in business or management information systems or equivalent
• Experience with case management, specifically ServiceNow
• Experience with Human Capital Management systems, ideally Workday
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work on diverse project teams
• Customer focus with flexibility in supporting business unit needs

Mansioni

• Configure changes in Workday based on business requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday Recruit processes and related workflows
• Lead design and implementation of new Workday functionalities (business process, testing, integration)
• Support Workday processes with focus on recruiting workflows and TA functionality
• Develop relationships with internal partners to translate requirements into system solutions
• Create custom Workday reports to meet business needs
• Plan and execute testing for Workday changes and upgrades
• Oversee daily operations of Paradox and HiredScore to improve recruiter efficiency
