PepsiCo is seeking a Digital Transformation Leader for Procurement platforms in Mexico. You will own the digital tools used by Procurement, drive process automation, and train users on advanced features. You’ll collaborate with governance to optimize workflows and deliver actionable insights through dashboards.

The role focuses on platform management, automation, and project delivery, ensuring a data-driven, efficient procurement function with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Technology or related fields.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
• Basic programming or automation skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar).
• Interest in digital platforms, process automation and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the functional owner of all digital tools used by Procurement (e.g., SAP Ariba, Beroe, e-sourcing tools, SpendHQ).
• Map processes and translate them into efficient workflows within the tools.
• Serve as the point of contact for resolving functional issues related to the platforms and train users.
• Lead the implementation of new tools, modules, and upgrades (requirements, UAT, rollout).
• Ensure data capture for spend, savings, supplier performance and build dashboards.
