Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Transformation Sr Analyst to deliver analytics for the Supply Chain, leveraging Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, while partnering with business and IT on requirements and SAP BW initiatives.

In this role you will maintain service continuity, reduce the delivery backlog, and support SAP-related initiatives across Make, Move, Customer Service and Quality teams in LATAM.

Qualifications

Background in computer science and analytics preferred.
2-5 years of performance SAP BW experience.
2-5 years of reporting or performance measurement experience preferred.
100% fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Advanced knowledge of SAP BW, Databricks, and Power Platform suite.

Responsibilities

Support business requirements gathering, UAT, deployments, and issue resolution.
Create dashboards and reports in Power BI connected to Oracle, Databricks, and Excel sources.
Automate data extraction and loading with Power Automate.
Monitor daily data loads and system performance.
Coordinate sessions with business, stakeholders and IT to align requirements and testing.
