CHINT México, ubicado en Querétaro, busca profesionales de RRHH para operaciones y HR SSC, con experiencia en nómina, beneficios y cumplimiento de la legislación laboral mexicana. Se valorará conocimiento de SAP SuccessFactors y dominio del inglés.

Formación

• Licenciatura en RRHH, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
• 3–5 años de experiencia en operaciones de RRHH o HR SSC.
• Conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral mexicana y cumplimiento de RRHH.
• Experiencia trabajando con sistemas HRIS (preferiblemente SuccessFactors).
• El inglés es requerido.

Responsabilidades

• Relaciones con empleados y operaciones de RRHH, contacto inicial de consultas de RRHH.
• Coordinación de nómina y administración de beneficios, validación de entradas de nómina y beneficios estatutarios (IMSS, INFONAVIT).
• Procesos de RRHH y aplicación de políticas, implementación y localización de políticas RRHH.

Profile/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or HR SSC
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements
• Experience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
• English is required

Main Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & HR Operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidance
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and internal company policies
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
• Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Validate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
  • Support statutory benefits administration (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.)
  • Assist in bonus, incentive, and other compensation-related processes
  • Support payroll audits and reporting requirements
• HR Processes & Policy Implementation
  • Execute and standardize HR operational processes (hire, transfer, termination, etc.)
  • Support implementation and localization of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure HR operations align with corporate governance and compliance requirements
  • Continuously improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.
• Success Factor Management
  • Maintain and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support system workflows, approvals, and organizational structure updates
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  • Provide basic system support and user guidance to employees and managers
  • Participate in HRIS optimization and digitalization initiatives
• Cross-location HR SSC Support
  • Provide shared HR services support for both Mexico City and Querétaro operations
  • Ensure consistent HR service delivery across locations
  • Collaborate with local HR, Finance, and business teams
  • Support regional HR SSC projects and process standardization initiatives
