Yanfeng is seeking an HR Specialist to support HRBP and sustain positive employee relations in an employee-involved environment. The role focuses on improving employees' basic work skills and coordinating involvement activities to meet plant goals.

Key duties include orientation for new employees, administering benefits, handling inquiries, and partnering with managers to implement HR policies while maintaining confidentiality and driving continual improvement.

Formación

• 1-3 minimum years of experience within HR environment.
• 1-3 minimum years of experience within the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the HR Manager with planning and organizing new employee orientation programs.
• Orient new hourly and salaried employees to plant policies, procedures, regulations, and fringe benefits.
• Administer the daily benefits program including employee inquiries, problem resolution, and data compilation.
• Identify, coordinate, and evaluate training and employee involvement activities supporting plant goals.
• Maintain confidentiality on employee-related issues and notify only those with a need to know.
• Coordinate with managers and supervisors to ensure effective implementation of HR policies.
• Apply corrective and preventive actions when discrepancies are detected.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by the HR Manager.

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing support to the HRBP as it relates to the personnel function. Performs a variety of personnel activities to enhance and sustain positive employee relations in an employee involved environment. Provides for continuous improvement of employees' basic work skills, implement and coordinate employee involvement improvement activities.

• Assists the HR Manager with planning and organizing new employee orientation program; works with the HR Manager to promote involvement throughout the plant.
• Orients new hourly and salaried employees to the plant policies, procedures, regulations, and fringe benefits including medical insurance and pension systems to assure they understand conditions and benefits of employment.
• Administers on a daily basis the benefits program including employee inquiries, problem resolution, and data compilation.
• Identifies, coordinates, and evaluates necessary training and employee involvement activities that support plant goal accomplishments.
• Maintains confidentiality on employee-related issues while notifying only those in a need-to-know capacity.
• Coordinates with other managers and supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of the HR Department's policies.
• Responsible for applying corrective and preventative action when discrepancies are detected.
• Performs other duties deemed necessary by the HR Manager.
