Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Mexico is seeking an HR professional to manage disciplinary actions, support onboarding processes, and maintain accurate reports and labor-relations metrics. You will coordinate with supervisors and act as the primary contact for union delegates to address related issues.

The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with internal policies, fostering positive labor relations, and handling sensitive cases with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations.
• Up to 2 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent.
• KPI management (absenteeism and turnover).

Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary actions including investigations and disciplinary measures.
• Handle critical cases efficiently while preparing detailed disciplinary reports.
• Enforce internal regulations to resolve labor conflicts.
• Serve as primary contact for union delegates and address union-related matters.
• Monitor KPIs related to labor relations.
• Support supervisors on HR-related issues.
• Oversee onboarding process for new employees.
