Nemak Mexico is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to lead services that improve workplace satisfaction and labor relations with the Union. You will monitor budgets, coordinate certifications, and oversee food, transportation, and wellness programs to support a productive, safe, and engaged workforce.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, 3–4 years of relevant experience, NOM-251 and Distintivo H certifications, and strong leadership, English proficiency,

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a related role.
  • NOM-251 and Distintivo H certifications.
  • Experience in Health and Safety Regulations, Logistics, Personnel Administration, Budget Management.
  • Expertise in cafeterias, employee transportation, and labor unions.
  • Safety and Health Standards.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure high-quality food and products while monitoring shifts and preferences; obtain Distintivo H certification.
  • Manage employee transportation services and optimize routes and processes.
  • Promote health and wellness across cafeterias, outlets, and wellness challenges.
  • Provide Nemak Mexico employees access to city services and resources.
  • Manage budgets and expenses for Nemak Mexico.
  • Oversee cost-saving initiatives and projects across Nemak Mexico.
  • Implement market trends and strategies to enhance employee services.
