Nemak Spain SL invites applications for a Talent Management Intern in MEX. The role supports executing the regional talent development agenda, documents processes in SuccessFactors, and helps monitor talent initiatives in collaboration with HR leaders.

Ideal candidates are active students with at least one year before graduation, proficient in Excel and data analytics, and capable of clear communication and teamwork to drive informed HR decisions and enhance talent development efforts.

Formación

• Active student with at least one year remaining before graduation.
• Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Document talent data in Talent Management System (SuccessFactors) and Talent Development Database (Excel).
• Generate workforce data reports for HR Leaders' analysis and decision-making.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of workforce data to communicate internal results and indicators and inform strategic decision-making.
• Follow up with HR leaders to ensure the successful execution of performance management processes, assessment evaluations, talent development, and engagement processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration across HR functions to deliver integrated talent solutions.

Talent Management Intern MEX

Objective

Support the execution of the Regional Talent Development Agenda by documenting Talent Development Processes, managing and reporting Talent Development Information, and monitoring Talent Development Processes in collaboration with HR Leaders.

Main Responsibilities

• Document talent data in Talent Management System (SuccessFactors) and Talent Development Database (Excel).


• Generate workforce data reports for HR Leaders' analysis and decision-making.


• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of workforce data to communicate internal results and indicators and inform strategic decision-making.


• Follow up with HR leaders to ensure the successful execution of performance management Processes, assessment evaluations, talent development, and engagement processes.


• Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership across HR functions (compensation, recruitment, learning & development, etc.) to deliver integrated talent solutions.

Position Requirements

• Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
