The Talent Attraction Intern will support the execution of recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinate interviews, maintain records, and assist in KPI reporting to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Formación

• Active Bachelor's Degree student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Administration Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support candidate sourcing activities through career portals, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels to build qualified talent pipelines.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate pre-screenings to validate basic qualifications and facilitate the selection process.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating candidate communications and interview logistics throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation and records to ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring procedures.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.
• Support the collection, tracking, and reporting of Talent Acquisition KPIs and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team on employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and continuous improvement activities as required.

Talent Attraction Intern

Objective

Support the execution of Talent Attraction and Onboarding processes by ensuring an efficient, compliant, and high-quality candidate experience. Contribute to attracting top talent through standardized recruitment practices, effective assessment tools, and seamless onboarding activities aligned with organizational needs.

Position Requirements

Education:
