Te Connectivity Ltd is seeking an HR Services Analyst I to support HR transactions, onboarding, benefits, and employee records in a centralized HR Services function. You will handle inquiries via phone and ticketing systems and coordinate processes across HR teams in LATAM.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and adherence to SLA, with opportunities to collaborate on regional HR projects and continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to communicate to diverse audiences.
• Detail oriented with results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle HR-related transactions and case management for LATAM TE employees.
• Coordinate hire-related processes and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate issues to HRBP/HRSP, COEs as required for timely resolution.
• Adhere to SLAs and document knowledge base for inquiries.
• Assist with process improvements and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with global HR Services teams on cross-regional activities.
