Mann Hummel busca un Generalista de HR Services para gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del empleado desde onboarding hasta offboarding, en un modelo híbrido en Querétaro, MX.

Requiere 3–5 años en HR Operations y dominio avanzado del inglés; experiencia con sistemas de tickets y entornos de servicio. Colaborarás con Payroll, Talent Acquisition y HRIS.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of HR Operations experience
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
• Experience with ticket management systems and service delivery environments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

We're Hiring | HR Services Generalist | Querétaro, MX (Hybrid)

Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment administration, and offboarding processes, across both the United States and Mexico.

What you'll do

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including:

• Onboarding
• Employment administration
• HR support services
• Offboarding processes

Partner with key stakeholders across:

• Human Resources
• Payroll
• Talent Acquisition
• HRIS Teams
• Local Business Leaders

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or Employee Services
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
• Experience working with ticket management systems and service delivery environments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law
• Understanding of U.S. employment practices and workforce compliance
• Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
