International Paper is seeking a Recruiting Support Assistant to help with posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating travel. You will also assist with correspondence to candidates, HR, and hiring managers, and manage pre-employment assessments.

The role reports to the Business Talent Acquisition Leader or Team Lead and requires developing a solid understanding of IP’s business and offerings, with opportunities to grow through leadership training and career

Formación

• 1-2 years of administrative support experience in an HR environment.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with job boards, recruiting tools and ATS is a plus.
• Action oriented with customer focus and strong time management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recruiting support to assigned recruiter(s) assisting with job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and travel.
• Assist with correspondence to candidates, HR and hiring managers
• Initiate and manage pre-employment assessment screenings
• This position reports to the Business Talent Acquisition Leader or Team Lead
• Develop high-level understanding of IP business and offerings
