Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Generalist (Recruiting & Onboarding) to partner with the business in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.

You will streamline HR processes, support onboarding and student/intern programs, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers. You will ensure operational excellence, compliance with requirements, and delivery of high-quality services to employees across legal entities, while coordinating with the local HRBP and

Qualifications

Administration / HR professional degree.
Intermediate / Advanced English level.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
Desirable 2 years of professional experience.
Desirable knowledge on HRIS platforms and AI application on HR processes.

Responsibilities

Act as a key partner to the business, facilitating smooth HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Ensures operational excellence, compliance with internal and external requirements, and high-quality service to employees.
Reports to the local HRBP in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site and coordinates with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Supports Recruiting, Onboarding, and Internship programs and HR projects as needed.
