OmniOn Power Matamoros, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an HR Generalist (Recruiting & Onboarding) to partner with the business, facilitate HR processes, and ensure high‑quality service to employees.

You will report to the local HRBP at the Matamoros site and coordinate open jobs, onboarding sessions, and HRIS entries for salary and hourly staff. The role supports hiring, onboarding, vendor management, and internal communications, with a focus on engaging employees and driving HR projects across legal

Formación

• Administration / HR professional degree.
• Intermediate / Advanced English level.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
• Desirable 2 years of professional experience.
• Desirable knowledge on HRIS platforms and AI application on HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Talent support on open jobs (admin in WD platform, interview coordination).
• Coordinate onboarding: orientation sessions, documents.
• Support Internship Program HRIS - Workday entries for salary and hourly staff.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes.
• Vendor administration: monthly PO processes.
• Communications support for cafeteria screens and general HR communications.
• Salary/hourly employee support across entities.
• Coordinate company engagement events and HR projects as needed.

The HR Generalist (Recruiting & Onboarding) acts as a key partner to the business by facilitating smooth HR processes, enhancing the employee experience, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Ensures operational excellence, compliance with internal and external requirements, and high‑quality service to employees. This position reports to the local HRBP, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.

Responsibilities

• TALENT Support on open Jobs (employees and interns) administration in WD platform (Interviews coordination, Background checks).
• Coordinate Onboarding: orientation sessions, documents.
• Support Internship Program HRIS - Workday Enter medical leaves for salary and hourly ee (Operations’ orgs).
• Support Hiring and onboarding processes.
• VENDORS ANCABE: Monthly PO.
• COMMUNICATIONS Cafeteria screens communication support.
• HR general communications.
• GENERAL ACTIVITIES General attention for salary and hourly employees for both legal entities.
• Company engagement events coordination/participation.
• Supporting HR projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Administration / HR professional degree.
• Intermediate / Advanced English level.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
