Jobtailor in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage U.S. payroll activities for international assignees, ensuring accurate processing and on-time payroll delivery.

You will oversee payroll data, tax transactions, and reconciliations, implement controls, respond to inquiries, support audits and projects, and collaborate with finance and HR to maintain compliance with wage and hour laws. • Minimum 1 year of U.S. payroll experience while based in Mexico.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate college degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential payroll information accurately.
