One Mobility Group in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to manage daily payroll transactions and benefits, serve as SAP liaison, and ensure compliance with labor and tax laws. The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience and strong MS Office skills.

The candidate will interact with Corporate payroll, handle inquiries, audits, and process improvements, contributing to accurate compensation and efficient HR operations.

Formación

• Knowledge of SAP payroll/accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR).
• Understanding of labor and tax legislation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensation.
• Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.
• Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements.
• Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations
