One Mobility Group is seeking a HR Payroll Specialist in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. You will manage daily payroll transactions, handle SAP reporting, and support benefits administration while ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, proficiency in SAP and INFONAVIT/FONACOT, and strong MS Office skills. We offer an attractive salary and opportunities for development in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP payroll/accounting systems.
• Experience with INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR).
• Understanding of labor and tax legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents.
• Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.
• Provide internal customer service by resolving payroll inquiries and pay statements.
• Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.
• Participate in audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
• Propose and implement process improvements and automation for payroll/HR operations.
