One Mobility Group is seeking an HR Operations Partner in Ciudad Juárez to manage onboarding, employee relations, and records. You will handle disciplinary processes, terminations, transfers, and payroll data across SAP systems while upholding compliance and a positive work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Business Management, or related field.
• 2+ years professional experience.
• Advanced English language.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor-related documentation.
• Support the resolution of employee relations issues and help foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees, ensuring smooth integration and hiring compliance.
• Manage employee movements including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic employee records.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and vacancy coverage.
• Follow up on employee services and benefits, including transportation and cafeteria programs.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits related to HR.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure data is in SAP or equivalent systems.
