Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking an HR Manager to be close to operations in Amexhe, Mexico. You will partner with plant leaders, develop people, and own the employee experience from hire to retire.

You will build recruiting strategies, lead talent reviews, drive succession planning, and strengthen engagement through data-driven actions. Experience in manufacturing HR and balancing strategy with hands-on work is essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience across recruiting, employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, organizational development, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Build recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Help the organization anticipate future workforce and skill requirements.
• Coach managers through performance, development, corrective action, and employee-relations situations.
• Lead Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans, and leadership development.
• Strengthen employee engagement through surveys, action planning, recognition, and communication.
• Support compensation, benefits, merit, bonus, payroll, job grading, and HR reporting processes.
• Use labor-market and HR data to influence workforce and organizational decisions.
• Lead change-management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Support workers’ compensation, leave, accommodations, mobility, immigration, and complex employee cases.
• Analyze turnover and employee feedback and turn insights into meaningful retention actions.
• Bring the people perspective to plant leadership decisions.
