Job summary

FORVIA in Puebla, Mexico, is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs and act as the trusted HR partner for all employees in the perimeter.

You will manage organizational structure, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, and report preparation while coordinating with external HR providers and workers councils where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in the local language and good English skills.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter.
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process.
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics.
• Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects.
• Coordination of the external HR service providers.
• Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes.
• Preparation of reports and analyses.
• Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process.
• Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas.
• Close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable.
