PepsiCo is seeking a Payroll Inputs Supervisor to oversee the US Beverages payroll inputs, ensuring accurate processing and timely service. The role supports the transition from Local Business Services to the México HUB, capturing knowledge, transferring processes, and stabilizing operations.

Formación

  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable).
  • Functional knowledge for human resources processes (desirable).
  • At least 1 year supervising individuals with task completion and workload distribution (desirable).
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Guarantee US portfolio services (Payroll Inputs) execution.
  • Ensure SLA timing and delivery while implementing process improvements.
  • Develop knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation to enhance processes.
  • Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
  • Be the escalation point for daily resolution issues and audits.
  • Oversee payroll processes: receive incidences, capture data, ensure controls, monitor tickets and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to supervise US Beverages portfolio services (Payroll Inputs) leveraging Standard Model of Employee Services Consolidation Process while searching for process optimization opportunities.

These services are currently migrating from LBS (Local Business Services) to México HUB and this position will be key in the transition process (Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp Up, Go Live and Satabilization) to ensure operation enablement and stabilization avoiding business disruption. After implementation, ensuring correct payroll inputs operation is the main goal of this position.

Your Impact

  • Guarantee US portfolio services (Payroll Inputs) execution.
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation in order to enhance business processes.
  • Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues and ultimate escalation point person.
  • Ensure proper execution of (Payroll) processes through operational team:
    • Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
    • Capture incidence information in payroll system
    • Ensure payroll meets operation controls
    • Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
  • Track and Report KPIS and SLAs for (Employee Changes / Terminations/Payroll Inputs)processes
  • Plan and overview workload of extended team
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
  • Act as point person for (Payroll) processes audits
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
  • At leat 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
  • Functional knowledge for human resources processes (desirable)
  • At least 1 years experience supervising inviduals with task completion and work load distribution (desirable)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong knowledge in continuous process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma / TOC, etc..) (desirable)
  • Experience in transformation projects that involve new technologies implementation (desirable)
