PepsiCo in Mexico is seeking a role to execute US portfolio services (Payroll, Hires, Changes, Terminations) for the Sales function, supporting the transition of services to Mexico’s HUB and ensuring timely SLA fulfilment.

The successful candidate will capture incidence data, validate requirements, maintain payroll controls, and collaborate with local teams to deliver accurate, customer-focused service while preserving audit-ready documentation.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field.
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable).
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Analytical skills
  • Action-oriented and problem solving skills

Responsabilidades

  • Execute US portfolio services focused on sales (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations)
  • Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements

  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls
  • Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
  • Continued communication and support with local functional teams
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

The Opportunity
Your Impact

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations for Sales Function) leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.

This services are currently migrating to México´s HUB and this position will be participating in the transition process (Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp Up, Go Live and Satabilization).

Responsibilities
  • Execute US portfolio services focused on sales (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations):
  • Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture incidence information in payroll system
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls
  • Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
  • Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications
