Grupo QuintoAndar in Mexico City is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our commercial and operations teams with strategic people management and project leadership.

You will influence senior leaders, shape organizational design, drive talent management, and develop HR dashboards using key KPIs to guide decisions. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration 2 days a week, and requires advanced English and a related degree.

Formación

• Proven work experience with generalist HR responsibilities, preferably in a tech company.
• Experience as an HRBP, especially in tech or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting senior leadership on HR and people management topics.
• Project management skills with a track record of delivering HR projects.
• Proficiency in data-driven environments and HR reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide organizational design and talent management support; identify opportunities for synergy and hires.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives with timely delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track people metrics.
• Organize and facilitate HR rituals such as performance reviews and promotion cycles.
• Influence senior leaders to align people decisions with business priorities.
