Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an experienced HR Lead for the GBS Mexico Hub. You will craft the end-to-end people strategy for the Mexico City GBS site, position it as a strategic Americas hub, and join the leadership team to build a high-performing, innovation-driven workforce aligned with global priorities.

You will drive large-scale recruitment and workforce planning, design Hire-to-Retire processes, and lead HR governance, analytics, and scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years HR experience with strong HRBP and Site HR experience.
• GCC HR exposure is preferable.
• Experience in scaling organizations and leading transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HR strategy aligned to GBS priorities.
• Lead large-scale recruitment and workforce planning and build a scalable hiring engine.
• Design and implement Hire-to-Retire HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Embed EVP and build employer brand for the Mexico hub.
• Act as strategic HR advisor to site and global leadership.
• Drive learning, capability building, and future skills agenda.
• Establish HR governance, analytics, and scalable operating model.
• Lead change and transformation for the GCC build and transition.
• Facilitate the transition of the Centre from BOT to Internal TMICC.

The GBS organization will partner key business functions including Finance, Enterprise Solutions and Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Customer Development and Sales, and Sustainability. The three GBS centres are in Pune, Bucharest & Guadalajara. This role is dedicated to the Bucharest hub.

About the Role The HR Lead – GBS Mexico will build, scale and lead the end‑to‑end people strategy for the GBS centre at Mexico City. This role will shape the site as a strategic Americas hub, act as a core member of the leadership team, and build a high‑performing, innovation‑driven workforce aligned to global priorities.
