Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Mexico City seeks a GBS Hub Leader to define, design, and implement the regional hub. You will lead a greenfield setup, establish governance, and ensure onboarding of processes, tools and people to enable fast, compliant operations.

Qualifications

10+ years leading GBS/shared services with cross-domain experience.
5+ years in a senior management position overseeing 100+ individuals.
Master's degree or equivalent; Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Define, design, build and implement the Regional Hub for GBS in Mexico City.
Collaborate with Global Process Owners to improve processes and automate to unlock speed and agility.
Deliver continuous improvement with KPIs for exceptional performance and regulatory compliance.
Recruit and develop a best-in-class GBS hub organization and lead the leadership team.
Represent the hub to key stakeholders including local authorities and executives.
