Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an HR Intern for an on-site role in Monterrey, Nuevo León, to support HR operations and employee experience initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

You will gain hands-on exposure to compliance, training, and continuous improvement projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and engagement. The internship runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM onsite.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Graduation expected June 2028 or later.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives focused on employee experience and engagement.
• Assist with workforce programs and performance management activities.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training sessions on policies and expectations.
• Assist with process mapping, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and reporting tools.
• Support HR events and cross-functional project collaboration.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
