GE HealthCare is seeking an HR Intern to support operations, employee experience, compliance, and training initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to HR processes, continuous improvement, and organizational initiatives on a full-time onsite basis in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

The intern will work with cross-functional teams to drive HR effectiveness, develop process documentation, and participate in workforce programs while gaining mentorship from experienced HR

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• Expected graduation date of June 2028 or later.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Onsite availability 100% Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR team initiatives focused on employee experience and workforce effectiveness.
• Assist in documenting and monitoring operational workforce programs and performance management activities.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training sessions on policies and workplace expectations.
• Assist with process mapping, standardization, and continuous improvement across HR processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work instructions, and reporting tools.
• Support employee communications and HR events as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects.
• Provide administrative and project support to the HR team.
