Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Availability of 40 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and assist with workforce planning and solutions.
• Assist in analyzing workforce data and trends to support planning and decision-making.
• Gain exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday) and contribute to data management.
• Document and refine HR processes in collaboration with process and system experts.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide administrative support across onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to HR projects bringing fresh ideas and collaborative energy.
