Document and refine HR processes in collaboration with process and system experts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Provide timely and accurate administration of HR processes, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is advantageous but not required.
